	Arthur Jordan Memorial, Crown Hill Cemetery Title Arthur Jordan Memorial, Crown Hill Cemetery Owning Institution Indiana Historical Society Item ID P0130_BOX25_FOLDER7_301386-F2 Description Around 1932, when Jordan planned to retire, it became necessary for him to take over management of the Postal Life Insurance Co. in New York City. He moved to New York with his new second wife, Alice Boyer. He died in September 1934 at his home there. His remains were returned to Indianapolis where private funeral services were held at his residence on Central Avenue. He was buried in Crown Hill Cemetery.
