DescriptionGerhard H. Gebhardt and his bride Elda were photographed for their wedding by the Bretzman Photograph Studio in 1920. The customer card shows Gerhard living at his mother's home at 202 N. Gray Street in Indianapolis. The 1920 City Directory lists him as a student but the census record shows him as a minister that year. Subsequent Bretzman customer cards list his address at the Carrollton Avenue Reformed Church at 4468 Carrolton Avenue. By 1930 Gerhard and Elda were living in Medina, Ohio with their young son David.
