DescriptionThe Grant County Courthouse was designed by architect, E.E. Myers. It was built in 1880 with classical styling at a cost of $212, 776. The exterior is made of limestone. It originally had a dome which extended 40 feet above the roof, but it was removed in 1943 after a fire.
